02 — What we collect
The Data
We collect the following data, and only when you choose to submit it:
- Your handle — the name you choose for the Stunt Rider leaderboard. This is public and visible to other players.
- Your time and vehicle — your run result, used to rank you on the leaderboard.
- Your email address — only if you provide it and tick the consent box. This is never shown publicly.
- Your consent record — a timestamp of when you opted in, stored for our compliance records.
We do not collect your name, address, phone number, payment details, or any other personal information through the game or this website.
03 — Why we collect it
The Purpose
We collect leaderboard data (handle, time, vehicle) to run a shared competitive leaderboard across the Stunt Rider game. This is in our legitimate interest as a brand building community engagement.
We collect email addresses only where you have given explicit consent — either through the Stunt Rider game or the sign-up form on snazzybadger.co.uk — for the following purposes:
- Notifying you when the Snazzy Badger clothing drop goes live
- Subscriber-only offers and early access to future releases
- Announcing leaderboard prize winners
- Occasional brand news and updates
We will never use your email for anything outside these stated purposes.
04 — Who we share it with
Third Parties
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this. None of them sell your data or use it for their own marketing purposes:
- Airtable — stores leaderboard entries and email addresses. Data is held on Airtable's secure servers. Airtable Privacy Policy →

- Hostinger Email Marketing — manages email sign-ups submitted directly through the snazzybadger.co.uk website. Hostinger Privacy Policy →
We do not share your data with any other parties.
05 — How long we keep it
Retention
Leaderboard data (handle and times) is kept for the duration of the Stunt Rider game, which we expect to run through the launch period and beyond.
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you're off the list immediately.
06 — Your rights
What You Can Do
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data (the "right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — ask us to stop processing your data while a complaint is resolved
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from emails at any time, no questions asked
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@snazzybadger.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
07 — Cookies
Cookies & Local Storage
The Stunt Rider game stores your personal best times and local leaderboard data in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to submit it to the leaderboard.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies on this site.
08 — Changes
Updates to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't quietly change something significant without flagging it.
